Passports and Visas
You must ensure that you have all the correct passports and visas for your journey, including transit points. Please check with the appropriate embassy or consulate for clarification. Please note: Infants or children travelling on the British passport of their parents may not be valid to travel. If in doubt please check with the passport office on 0870 521 0410 or http://www.ukpa.gov.uk. From 26 June 05 USA travel will require a machine readable passport, standard red UK issued passport should be acceptable. Airlines will start collecting the following information for non U.S Citizens arriving in the U.S as part of check-in procedure: An address where the passenger will be staying whilst visiting the U.S containing: Number and Street, City, State, Zip Code (Postal Code). Travellers who are unable to provide an address may be delayed or at worst denied boarding.

Tickets
Tickets will normally be available 14 days before departure or 3 working days after booking, providing full payment has been received. E-Tickets will be issued where available and may be sent to you by email.

What is an electronic ticket (or E-Ticket)?
Electronic tickets are stored in the airline's computer rather than printed on paper. The service is similar to the traditional paper ticket process, but eliminates the time and hassle associated with purchasing or exchanging a paper ticket. Because your electronic ticket is held in the airlines computer, it is impossible to forget it or lose it. An electronic ticket cannot be stolen. You collect your boarding pass when you check in, using you passport and Airline locator or E-ticket number.

Timings
All timings given are local, and given in ‘24 Hour Clock’. You are advised to check in for your flight at least 2 hours before your departure for international flights and at least 1 hour before departure for short haul flights. You must allow extra time to get to the front of the check in queue and to board the airplane due to increased security checks and to avoid any problems that may occur from changes to departure terminals etc.

Cancellations or Changes
All cancellations or changes may result in an amendment fee or it may be non-changeable or non-refundable. If you do not check in for any flight sector, this will result in the complete cancellation of all remaining flights and may result in loss of all monies. Cancellations and changes should be made at least 24hours prior to departure.

Reconfirming Seats
It is normally not necessary to reconfirm any flight originating in the UK unless otherwise specified. You are advised to reconfirm your return flight with the airline or their representatives 72 hours before departure, in case of unforeseen flight changes or cancellations.

Payments
Payments must be made in full by the ‘balance due date’ or the booking may be rendered null and void, and you could still be liable for 100% of the total booking value. Deposits and insurance policies are non-refundable. We allow 14 days for cheque clearance.

Fares and Taxes
Fares and taxes are not guaranteed against changes, fare and taxes are more likely to change if full payment has not been received.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take adequate travel insurance for your travel. Prices start from £11.00 individual and £22 per family.

Baggage
Standard Baggage is 20kg in the hold plus 5kg hand baggage. Please check the correct baggage allowance for your ticket.

Data Protection
Your personal details held with us will never be passed on to other parties. If you have joined our mailing list we will email details of special offers and information that we feel is relevant to you.
